Question:
Can anyone recommend (from using the product, not simply a vendor's sales
line) a good, high quality garage floor sealer? I am really in need of that kind of information. As i am going to build up a garage and I must choose the right garage floor sealer which can last for a long time.
Answer:
One thing I've been thinking of doing to my garage floor (just bought
the house) is to paint it using the same type of paint as on the floor
of a mechanic's shops. I had seen and ad for this type of product a

be easy to keep clean. I haven't really started researching for this
yet, do not remember the name of it and have no idea what it may
cost. I did like the idea though and it is something you may want to
look at too.

standard commerical concrete sealers as well as trazzo sealer will work to.
Deck paint (water or alkyd based) will pull up on a hot care tire. A true
concrete stain penetrates similar to wood stain. Two part urethanes or epoxies
will work, but are very expensive
