What's the best Epoxy Garage Floor Paint to Use?

Question:
Has anyone epoxy coated a garage floor and happy with the results, I've used
Rustoelum 2 -part and Behr 1-Part Epoxy and they both did not hold up for more than a couple of months.
Any suggestions?

Answer:
-I used Behr 1-part Epoxy on my garage floor and it is now going through it's second winter in Canada. It is continually soaked with salty semi-frozen water all winter and I see no problems in the finish.
Prior to coating the floor, I acid etched, neutralized the concrete and used the recommended primer coat and two coats of finish. Will probably add a third coat this summer after a good cleaning.
-I suspect that the failure is rooted in your surface preparation prior to application of the epoxy. I put a 2 part epoxy (Sears) on my garage floor over twenty yaers ago and it is still in good shape.
Cleaning (trisodium phosphate) followed by acid etching (6N HCl) work well to prepare the surface. My son did his garage about a year ago in a similar manner and has had no problems.
-I have a 5 year old epoxy finish on my garage. Can't remember the brand but it was a 2-part and it did not require acid etching. It has held up OK except for a little lifting that occurred, where the rear tires stop, within the first month of application. I would like to put on another coat but can't find any reliable info on how to approach this. Does the original finish need to be removed or can I just clean the finished area, maybe etch the lifted spots, and slap on another coat?
